Artist's Description

I often walk to the cabin in the evening to see if any deer will appear at the feeders. Walking out of the forest, on my way home is breathtaking especially if the sun is setting and creating amazing warm reflections on the crisp snow.

About Peggy McDonald

Peggy  McDonald

Peggy resides on a hobby farm in Eastern Ontario, Canada with her family. Interested in photography from an early age and inspired by everyday life in the country, photography is often used to capture the subject or special moment, later used as reference in creating an original watercolour painting. Horses and the Pioneer Way of Life has always been a favorite subject and was recently highlighted as Peggy won the 2011 IPM ( International Plowing Match ) poster competition, reproducing her photo " Horse Power" on ten thousand copies.
